Situated in the scenic Kanyakumari district, our plantation spans 1,760 acres, predominantly dedicated to the cultivation of teak trees, which comprise 75% of the estate. With a remarkable history, these teak trees are 200 years old, reaching impressive heights of 150 feet and girths ranging from 60 to 120 feet.

Teak Trees: The Crown Jewel

Our plantation boasts between 100,000 to 150,000 teak trees, classified by size:

• 60″ to 100″ girth: The majority of our teak population falls within this range.
• 120″, 150″, and 200″ and above: These mature giants represent the pinnacle of our teak cultivation, providing exceptional quality timber.

Additional Plant Varieties

In addition to the abundant teak trees, our plantation features:

• 10% Spear Trees: Approximately 20,000 of these trees are known for their high market value and rarity, making them the most expensive trees in our collection.
• 10% Rubber Trees: Contributing to our diverse ecosystem and income streams.
• Wild Trees: The remaining percentage consists of various wild trees that enhance biodiversity.

The total market value of our teak trees alone is estimated at an impressive ₹2,500 crores, reflecting their age, quality, and the timber market. Interestingly, the entire plantation’s cost is only ₹700 crores, highlighting the significant potential for investment and growth in this thriving estate.
